Welcome to our cleaning service!

We are committed to providing reliable, safe, and high-quality service. Please review our booking policy to ensure a smooth experience.

 

1. Booking Guidelines

- Services can be scheduled online, by phone, or through messaging platforms.

- Minimum notice for bookings is 24 hours.

- Urgent appointments are accepted based on cleaner availability and may incur extra fees.

 

2. Changes & Cancellations

- Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

- Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

- Cancellations over 24 hours prior to the appointment are not penalized.

 

3. Payments- Full payment is due upon completion of service, by e-transfer or cash only.

- Credit and debit card payments are not accepted.

- Large bookings or first-time clients may require prepayment.

 

4. Work Acceptance- The client must inspect and accept the finished work immediately upon completion.

- Any concerns must be shared on-site and will be resolved by the cleaner right away.

- If no inspection takes place, the service will be considered successfully completed.

 

5. Safety & Home ReadinessTo ensure a safe and efficient service, clients are responsible for:

- Securing pets that may pose a risk to the cleaner.

- Ensuring all drains (sinks, tubs) are working properly.

- Clearing clutter from floors, countertops, and cleaning areas.

- Providing access to water, power outlets, and secured entry.

- Notifying cleaners of any fragile, valuable, or sensitive items.

- Sharing alarm or security system details if applicable.

 

6. Cleaner Responsibilities

- Cleaners may arrive up to 15 minutes late due to traffic but will inform the client.

- Cleaners arrive professionally dressed and equipped with cleaning supplies.

- Client privacy is respected at all times. Photos/videos are never taken without consent.

- Furniture is not moved unless agreed upon.

- Cleaners may decline service due to unsafe or unsanitary conditions. Prepayments will be refunded in such cases.

 

7. Client Responsibilities

- Confirm appointment details at least 24 hours prior.

- Notify of special cleaning needs (e.g. post-renovation, heavy mess) in advance.

- Secure or remove fragile or valuable items prior to service.

- Share any specific cleaning preferences or instructions before the visit.

- Additional on-site requests may be accepted based on time and will require extra fees.
